531 Main Street

Hi Pete,

We celebrated our one year anniversary of moving in to 531 Main Street yesterday.  We decided a month ago that an afternoon garden party for 23 friends who had not yet seen the house would be a lovely way to celebrate.  Because of the absolutely terrible weather yesterday, the garden party became a house party. The reactions to the house were unanimous ... everyone loved it!  The layout of the main floor is just perfect for such functions.  We once again saw our home thru the eyes of people seeing it for the first time and we felt compelled to write you and say thank you ... we are very happy with the design that you created to permit us to build this home.

Renovating and rebuilding our house was a huge undertaking for our family. We realized early on in the project that we wanted the same thing as Pete: to build a beautiful home to be proud of. With his knowledge, calm approach, and capable team, Pete kept everything moving, helping us through the thousands of decisions from initial design to completion. 8 years on, we regret very few of those decisions and are still very happy with our house. We especially don't regret the decision to work with Homes by Lux.
